The Payment Services Regulations 2009, came into force on 1 November, 2009. This requires that anyone providing payment services (including money remittance) as a business to be registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and meet the Payment Services Regulations conduct of business requirements.
Piagi has been registered with the FSA for the provision of payment services since the SPI came into effect.
